Do you work on projects outside Lagos?
Yes. We support projects across Nigeria and work remotely with teams elsewhere, with site visits where the work needs them.
Can you take over a project that is already running?
Yes. Many of our engagements start in the middle of a project. We begin with a short review, then agree what support makes sense.
Which methods do you use?
We use recognised practice from PMI and agile frameworks, adapted to your project. Method matters less than clear scope, honest reporting and good decisions.
How are engagements priced?
It depends on scope and duration. After an initial conversation we send a written proposal with a clear fee, so there are no surprises.
